EFT is easy to learn and simple to use.
When energy flows freely through the body, we feel strong, hopeful and positive. If something causes this flow of energy to be blocked, this creates negative feelings such as fear, anger, anxiety or stress, phobias or even physical pain or illness. Tapping on specific points on the head and upper body while making positive declarations can help eliminate such blockages.
EFT is particularly helpful in combination with a Releasing Toxic Emotions or Liebusting session but can easily be adapted for other situations.
