We recommend that you download the audio and PDF files to your computer. You maay also download video files but these are more suitable for streaming.
If you have a fast internet connection, you may choose to download the whole series of audio and PDF files as a zip folder:

If you have a slower internet connection, or if you wish to download the videos, we recommend you download the files separately into a named folder which you make for the purpose.
Please right-click each blue ‘Audio’, ‘PDF’ or ‘Video’ link below and choose ‘Save link as‘ or ‘Save target as‘. If you left-click a file instead, it may begin playing in your browser, but this will not necessarily download it. Once you have downloaded your files, you can transfer them onto your other devices (iPod, phone, tablet etc.)
The video links on this page are available for download as mp4 files with a right-click. You can also left-click on them to stream them if you have a suitable player installed on your device. You may also stream the videos from YouTube (embedded at the foot of this page).
